MOTIVATION

Who knew motivation could be a gift? Well I sure didn't!! My great friend told me to take the quiz at http://www.gifttest.org/survey.html    I thought why not?? I thought motivation was just cheering someone on at a game or something. NOPE. Let me tell you want, they go into so much depth and detail with it.

I AM NOT COPYING THEM IN ANYWAY. I just want to explain the different concepts.

You could be a perceiver, server, teacher, encourager, giver, ruler, or someone who shows mercy. I highly recommend anyone to take this test! I'm still reading up on the details of being the different types of motivator.

Perceiver, well they perceive between right and wrong. This helps them help other people!! A server accomplishes tasks...kinda self explanatory. Teachers...teach. But this is so important because understand and can explain different reasonings. Ah the encourager! They see and point out the very best in others. Givers not only donate money, but also time which is the most valuable thing in life. The ruler can help navigate everyone to the goal in a practical way. Showing mercy requires patience to listen and be compassionate. Mercifulness is important in comforting people.

I have personally learned a lot about myself by this, and you probably will to!

Sorry no deep thoughts right now...maybe some in depth stuff later in the week. Right now just read and research!
